for decades, Harro Höfliger has been syn­ony­mous with inno­v­a­tive cus­tomer-spe­cific pro­duc­tion solu­tions. In the imple­men­ta­tion of these solu­tions we often make the impos­sible pos­sible. For this pur­pose, it has always been nec­es­sary to acquire highly qual­i­fied employees for our com­pany. In today’s high tech envi­ron­ment, our employees have to be able to face the added chal­lenges of dig­i­ti­za­tion and Industry 4.0. Con­se­quently, we have begun to inte­grate occu­pa­tional pro­files into the com­pany that have not been par­tic­u­larly rel­e­vant to us as a machine man­u­fac­turer in the past. But going for­ward, visionary soft­ware and elec­tronics spe­cial­ists as well as busi­ness ana­lysts will work hand in hand with our engi­neering experts.

We will face the shortage of skilled workers and meet it head on. We coop­erate with schools, select dual edu­ca­tion coop­er­a­tive uni­ver­si­ties and advanced tech­nical uni­ver­si­ties with the pur­pose of gen­er­ating interest in Harro Höfliger among ambi­tious young people early on, and retaining them in the long term. Tra­di­tion­ally, our appren­tice­ship ratio is at ten per­cent. And we work hard to ensure that new and long-standing employees can develop and flourish with us.
